Providing prospects is an important concern for us. Since 2016, we have been supporting the Calw district as a sponsor in the expansion of local further education opportunities, particularly the course in ‘Innovation Management’ at the Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences at the Nagold location (VHS building). The special feature of this program: regardless of age or professional qualification is that interested parties can choose from various teaching modules and complete them while working and without having to leave the company. The selection of possible courses and qualifications/certificates is very diverse and includes, for example, economic policy, Industry 4.0, digitalization or lean production. Those who already have a ‘Bachelor Degree’ also have the opportunity to complete a ‘Masters Degree’ in strategic innovation management while studying in Nagold.
